Hello everyone!

The big weekend break to Kinsarvik is coming up shortly.
98 MIB’s and exchange students have signed up for a weekend of fun, relaxing, partying, and enjoying the Norwegian nature.

Speaking of Norwegian nature; remember to bring warm and water proof clothes…. And your swimsuits! This weekend anything can happen…..

The campsite we are going to is offering various activities for the more adventurous in the group, and also some for those who wish to take it easy. Most of the activities have maximum of 30 participants, such as the Rock Climbing, and the Archery, so again the “first come, first served” principle is applied. A quick overview of the different activities can be found in the attached document.

As you can see from the list of activities , some of them have prices that vary according to how many that sign up. This also implies that there is a minimum number of participants for each activity, and the minimum is 10 participants.

For those who wish to take part in either the rock climbing or the archery, the deadline to sign up is Friday 26th Sep. You sign up by replying to this e-mail address: email, and writing your name and the activity you want to take part in. Payment of the activities will take place in Kinsarvik, when it becomes clear how many students will be participating in each activity.

Another attached document is the program for the weekend. It tells you a little about departure and arrival times, as well as some other important times. Note that meals on the Friday evening, as well as the breakfasts and lunches, are your own responsibility. Maybe it is nice to organize something with your cabin mates?

The program is subject to changes, except for the departure times.

And as a finishing note; don’t forget your sleeping bag or sheets. It gets coooold at night. :)
